James is the Senior Vice President at U.S. Bank and leads the Commercial Real Estate Finance team for the Washington and Oregon markets. He had been at U.S. Bank for 15 years and spent the first nine in Denver, Colorado before moving to Washington with his family in 2015.

James grew up in Stockton, California and currently lives in Woodinville. His wife and three little kids are his top priority. Outside of work and serving the CIS community, you might also find James on his Peloton bike, watching his favorite sports teams.
