About Haley: Haley Hanson (she/her) is the Grants Manager at 91¹ú²ú (CISWA), where she oversees the organization’s grant processes, from research and proposal writing to ensuring post-award requirements are fulfilled. With over seven years of nonprofit experience, Haley has dedicated her career to mission-driven work, supporting community-focused organizations such as a homelessness advocacy group, food bank, and domestic violence agency. Her passion for public service led her to earn a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in 2021, equipping her with the tools to foster impactful partnerships and collaborate with grant partners in support of CISWA’s mission.

Haley’s diverse career path includes working in a variety of settings, including a unique role working with her partner’s family at their grain transport company in Eastern Washington. Through these experiences, she has cultivated a deep appreciation for the importance of community building and collaboration. Now, as a new parent to an 18-month-old daughter, Haley’s commitment to ensuring that all children have access to the resources they need to succeed feels more meaningful than ever.

Outside of work: Haley enjoys spending time with her family in Port Ludlow, WA, where she lives with her partner Chris, their daughter Clara, and their dog Penny. A lover of crafting, baking, and a good cup of coffee, she also has a sweet tooth and a particular fondness for See’s Candies. Born and raised in Washington, Haley’s roots in the Pacific Northwest run deep, and she takes pride in contributing to the well-being of her community.
